Has the Reverse C with dots before H and after Y of half penny, but has no remnants of the I Mint mark which should be present under the kings bust on the obverse.
Perhaps as for the 1942I no Mint mark variety penny, the need for coins was urgent so the dies were put to use immediately before the I punch was added. Perhaps just a filled/ clogged die, ANY THOUGHT's ?
