Poland (Regency) 1 fenig 1917
Poland, German-Austrian Regency established during World War I.
KM/Y#4. This year (1917) doesn't seem to be listed in Krause.
Note the Polish spelling of the German denomination, "pfennig".

Since I added this coin, it has come to light that the reason it's unlisted in the catalogues is because it was never issued, due to a fire at the mint. The few surviving specimens were found in the ashes and souvenired by the locals.
